William Young, Esq.
William “Will” Young is the Founder of Spring Up Legal PLLC. He is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey. William received his Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the University of Hartford in Hartford, CT and his J.D. from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs and creatives, Will gained first hand experience with the business and legal challenges faced while building a business. Motivated to bridge the gap between creatives and innovative legal solutions, Will attended law school. During law school, he focused on Business Law and engaged in Northeastern Law School’s Community Business Clinic providing a myriad of legal services from business formation to intellectual property consultation for startups, creatives and small businesses.
Prior to starting the firm, Will was a legal consultant for several years, helping his clients navigate through uncertain legal waters to success. Throughout the years, Will counseled clients in a variety of industries from entertainment to consulting agencies to fashion at various stages of their business. During his time as a consultant, Will noticed a trend of creatives and small businesses being overlooked by the larger legal industry. Spring Up Legal was created with the goal of providing effective legal solutions for your “everyday” creative and entrepreneur.
